My Tin Lizzie is a picky thread eater! Only sew fine in the bobbin and King Tut up top. The large spools of the King Tut are $30 at my LQS. They are the only ones locally I've found who sell it.

Thanks for posting this. I was trying to decide to order Connecting Threads thread. Now I will. I buy Star 50/3 cotton thread and that's what I like, but can't always find it and the one quilt shop that has it for sure is in another town.
