    it might be a good thing I am going to the Dallas show in a couple of weeks, I need some green and a print for the border to make this quilt!

    Beautiful. Did you paint those on the fabric? I can't see that well, but however you did them, you did an awesome job.

    Aren't those the handpainted squares that you inherited? What a beautiful layout for beautiful blocks. Can't wait to see the final product. You are definetly keeping in the spirit that the original artist had intended. You should be proud.

    no, I bought them at an estate sale. There were made back in the 70's!

    That would be a great quilt for those squares that you got earlier. It is like a garden trellis. What a great quilt to brighten up your day.
