I had a 120x120 quilted and it was $400 in my area (northern Virginia) for an edge to edge leaf design. Not cheap, but gorgeous results. I now have a frame and can do my own, but only up to 108".

I once quilted an over-sized king-size quilt that was 110" by 100" on my domestic sewing machine, so I think the long arm quilter could manage a 114" x 114" quilt without a problem. Just ask when you see your long arm quilter.

Most can handle a 144 X 144, so you should be ok
