Sara Lawson with Sewsweetness has this pattern:https://sewsweetness.com/2018/02/vid...craft-bag.html Her instructions are really well done and many of her patterns include video tutorials as well, including this one. I believe it is free for signing up for her newsletter.

Paper princess has listed the sites I use. But once you have the basic shapes you want, you can make 100's of different ones with simple changes. One of my favorite is to make a band at the top slightly more narrow and pleat the bottom into it. This give it a bit a fullness at the bottom and a less boxy look. But, patchwork, pockets, appliques, full straps, messenger bag flaps, these all make unique bags from one pattern.

This is the pattern I used to make two bags for a friend and I to take to a quilt show. They were nice and roomy for “potential purchases“ and for the straps I made sure we could carry the bags over our shoulders for two hands free fabric petting. Lol.
Quick easy and pretty tote bag.

I posted this site some time ago. I bet you will find a great free pattern here. I printed out a small book from it! LOL!

And if that isn't what you are looking for how about this site? Really cute stuff here. Just scroll down the list to bags.

I didn't follow a pattern, just inspired by this video by Tia Curtis:

She used home dec weight fabric, of course I had to quilt mine

There was a really cute bag posted on this board a few weeks ago. It was denim and ragged. Unfortunately I didn't keep record of it but looked to be quick and easy--but really cute, too! Wish I had the reference for it.
