Default Just found two ill matched Jelly Rolls

Yesterday I decided to be ruthless with my scraps bag and throw out all those bits that I really could not work with... and then in bag 2 I found two unused Jelly Rolls. I stopped at Bag 4 because I kept going back to my discoveries just to look at them and stroke them (I knit, we do that kind of thing).

Why oh why, when you could make anything does your mind go blank? Now they will not go together so it will have to be two separate projects... so any ideas... apart from the strip quilt challenge, please?

I just got one yesterday and was looking at Moda Bake Shop. They have lots of pattern, not just the Race. Would the fabrics coordinate if you used both?

I don't think that they will work together, more's the pity, but will take another look later this afternoon, will also take a gander at the Moda Bake shop.

In the Moda Bake Shop there is a pattern called Woven. It calls for two jelly rolls. I only had one and cut strips needed to do the quilt. I love it. Perhaps in looking at the quilt, you will decide that the two could work together. Check it out, it was fun to make.

What about doing a braided rug with them? That way, the prints really won't matter, just the overall colors.

I've found that when I'm cleaning up an area and run across a project it is much easier to just do it than it is to find a place to put it again. I've finished more projects by doing this. Just made 5 paint brush Santas - found them tucked in various places in a cupboard - I knew I had two - didn't know I had 5!

I've been finishing projects like crazy this year. That is my goal to finish a lot of them.
So far this year:
Finished piecing, quilting and bound a scrap Thimbleberries
Quilted a Bento Box
Quilted a Churn Dash
Finished knitting a baby blanket (it was almost done, but sat for a couple years)
Finished crocheting a huge navajo style blanket for my Daughter
Finished knitting several cotton wash cloths for gifts (my girls love them) and I gave each lady one at Easter with soap in it.
Finished sewing a little girls dress and matching doll dress
Finished knitting a little girls dress

I'm tired. LOL
