Trying to find the instructions to enlarging ironing board

I saw the directions for making a cover (?) to go over my ironing board to make it wider, someone's husband made it for her and did such a wonderful job on it, now that I've convinced mine to build one for me I can't find the link. It showed step by step instructions. Thank you all for helping me.
