This book had block patterns to use that made the quilt border when sewn together in a top. No need to add a border. It would be an older book. Thanks in advance.

I have a book something like that, but can't remember name. I will look for it in a little bit.
On Amazon they show a Pieced Borders book by Judy Martin, could that be it? http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_ss...s+%2Caps%2C424
This is the one I have at a REAL bargain!: http://www.amazon.com/Pieced-Border-...ers+collection
It has a lot of good choices.

Was it Sally Schneider? I seem to remember that she had such a book and I believe I had it at one time, but I just now checked and don't seem to have it in my library. I may have gotten rid of it last year when I did a huge yard sale.

Is it Eleanor Burns double pinwheel? Leftovers from the quilt blks make the border. they turn one way in the quilt and the opposite way on the border.

Thanks guys. The book I remember used two different blocks in quilts and when put together the block edges made a nice intricate border around the quilt. No borders had to be cut or attached. I remember the ad for the book but only ghosts of the images, not enough to pin point.
