TUTE for New Toni Whitney Patterns (Applique)??

Cut out my fused pieces then used a pin to score the paper backing and peel off half. I leave the half that has the piece number so I can put it where it goes.
Now I put down the placement guide on my ironing surface and pin a piece of parchment paper over it. Now I can see the lines of the pattern underneath and fuse the pieces to the parchment paper where they belong.

Waving another one of her patterns (Under the Bigforks company name), and the fabric to make it. Only I have the giraffes pattern. LQS (about 2+ hours from me), had to special order it for me last summer. Bought all my fabrics at that store too.
It's been sitting in my to do pile.

I wanna try a couple of her patterns REALLY REALLY badly! lol But I just don't know which one to buy and start first. I am stuck picking between the Eagle (Spirit), big buck (Trophy), and Giraffe (Zirafah)
Is it easy to pick your own fabric or should I just buy a kit?

I have the pattern , think it's called Storm or Stormy, looks exactly like a horse I had when I grew up. I would love to do this but it's spring time and that means the great outdoors in Minnesota...we get so little of it! I will be saving the posts so when I do get to it, you guys will have all the problems solved! Good luck!

This one is called "guardian" - Thought we were doing "Wild Girl". I'm sure the basics are the same was just hoping to see how well your colors matched the picture as I am still undecided on a few of them.
