I'm sure there is a book with the same design in. This for similiar or less gives you more than one patter.
Waiting for the finished quilt

One quilt pattern designer I know told me that with EQ just about all quilt patterns can be duplicated from a picture of the quilt design so the patterns are more expensive. The only reason to have the pattern is for the instructions.

Googling shows tons of twisted bargello quilts. You may find one that you like at least as well and possibly at a more reasonably price.

I used that pattern for a class several years ago, and if I remember correctly, she is a self publishing designer that ships from Australia. And the store couldn't just get one pattern, they had to order 10 or so at a time. So, I don't know how that effects the price, but maybe that's why it's expensive.

Beautiful Bargello from the House of White Birches has several neat bargello patterns in it.

That pattern started at 95c but had 17 bids.

I read just recently that Chris has her patterns published herself so that explain the higher price.
