Both of the quilts are beautiful. I like the first one with the vibrant colors and the second one for the cool calm colors.

If you want, you can send either to my house, mistakes or not.

Your quilts are beautiful. Since blue and green are my favorite colors, I vote for number two, but the number one quilt is equally beautiful.

They are both beautiful. I'm a little parcial to the first. Sometimes you just need a break between doing two with the same pattern. But then again, you can't wait too long or you'll forget some of the things you learned making the first one.

Wow, I love them both! Just beautiful!

Both are beautiful. I've always wanted to do a Ginny Beyer quilt. Yours are lovely but the blue one calls to me more. Thanks for sharing.

They are both very nice, but I like the blue one best. It is so bright, makes me think of reflections in water.

I like them both but, that pattern would be a challenge for me. There are some patterns that I would not try because they would be too fustrating for me and quilting is suppose to be fun.

I prefer the first one. In response to your question, I must always have two projects going. I am not sure why but I will get great inspiration about a problem in a project only if I am engrossed in another project. Go figure.

I like the 2nd one best because of the colors but I agree both are lovely - I get board doing the same pattern twice in a row... I like the challenge of learning new blocks and patterns.. I can however make a lot of zig zag quilts for some reason those don't bore me .... variety is great!

Does anyone have the pattern to share? I assume since it was in a magazine it can be reproduced. I would like to do one of these.

First one is my favorite. You can't go wrong with Jinny Beyer designs.

I like them both. I also tend to get bored with doing the same pattern. Even when I'm doing the D9P, my favorite pattern for a quick quilt, I turn them differently for a different layout for variety.

I usually do a different project before going back to the same pattern.

I like them both. they are awesome.
At least you can make the pattern all the way thru and get a finished product that looks like the pattern. I can't even get thru one pattern without changing it. I always start out with a pattern, cut all the pieces and half way thru change my mind and start rearranging the pattern. Next thing I know, I have a completely different pattern than what I started with.
