Thanks to every one for all the great ideas for my week end w/my great grnd dgtr.
Here is a pic of Audrey, w/her very 1st quilt block, a hot pad for her mom & very proud of it. She did very well for 1st time ever using a sewing machine & seemed to 'take to it' pretty good. Since none of the other girls in the family have shown an interest & she lives right across the street......maybe........ there will be someone to continue the quilting in the family????
Hope everyone had as blessed a mothers day as I did. Also attached are pics of flowers I received from my kids.

Very cute great granddaughter!! She would be very cool wearing that sundress here in NJ today. I think kids like to make things that they can use and she is very proud of her work. I see that you are a fan of stargazer lilies. My daughters love them, too.

And I'm sure a good time was had by the two of you! I'm working with nieces and nephews, doing the same thing. It's fun for me and for them. And, as you know, they are so proud of their accomplishments!
