I have all the blocks made! I have to cut the set in triangles and then I can sew the top together.

I really like your color choices. They make the blocks pop!!!

I used the colors that Bonnie selected for the original. I'm putting blue setting triangles instead of pink though. I may not add a border, if I do it will be the same blue.

Great job!! I haven't done Double Delight yet, but it's on my bucket list. Your colors are great -- love them. Were they scraps?

That is very pretty! Was it hard? If not, I may attempt it.

It wasn't hard just took a lot of prep work. I know if I make this again I'll make the square in the square blocks paper pieced. The triangles have to placed exactly center and that took a lot of time creasing each center square. The four patches are small and have so many seams it took forever to press each one. Also the trimming to size each square too more time then to sew it. I was pressed for time to have this quilt made and good thing because I wouldn't have kept going until it was done. I'm glad I made it. Now to get it semi machine quilted enough to put a binding on. I can do more machine quilting later but it has to hang in a show in a couple of weeks.
