I didn't dare commit to sewing earlier in the weekend, but the time change has screwed up my sleep. Up early yesterday, so finished the pillowcases I kitted up a few VQW's ago. Reading through the thread it would appear there were several sewing machines humming right along. Love reading and seeing what everyone is working on. Until next months VQW, happy sewing everyone. Thank you Heather for keeping us all motivated.

    Updating my Update:

    1. Did not finish any of my procrastination blocks. I was a very successful procrastinator!
    2. Label on a quilt. DONE!
3.Boom Blocks. Finished three this weekend and have two more ready to finish this morning!

A good weekend of finishes and progress for so many quilters who joined in for the VQW. See you back in the sewing room in a few weeks everyone!.

Thank you Heather for hosting us again.
I got a little more done last night, this morning when I looked at the basket that I used for the scraps that I was getting rid of I found it will just fit into a large USPS box!! I will take it to the Pet Smart this week for the pet shelter.
(I'm not using it but it's not going into the landfill!)

Did finish quilting the big quilt on the longarm ( and it was late so I'm dragging a bit today!) Currently have 13 out of 17 Pokemons embroidered, and string pinwheel quilt is 60% complete.
Although he doesn't know it yet (!) my son is going to upload pictures of the big quilt as payment for the Pokemons. I just have to get the big quilt bound and laundered so the quilting marking won't show. As usual, it isn't perfect but it's not too shabby either.
    Thanks for hosting Heather.
