Default Virtual Retreat - Extreme Home Sewing Edition

Hey all, I've got a three day weekend and I'm looking to get a lot of projects done! Anyone interested in joining me in a virtual sewing retreat?

Here's my rather ambitious list:

1. Hem Anita's skirt

2. Hem Uncle Dave's work pants

3. Finish piecing Nana's Quilt Top. Sandwich, quilt, and bind.

4. Cut out and sew two pairs of pants for Jack.

5. Finish Jack's Ranger Coat.

6. Cut out and sew three shirts for Jack.

7. Finish my purple surcoat.

Its enough to keep me busy for several weeks, guess we'll have to see how far I get.

Holy moly, that is quite a list. I am hoping to get some sewing done this weekend. I have 4 baby quilts to make for co-workers. Got to get busy!

Ditto, Angel Bear. No way I would even attempt that list.

I'm exhausted now! That's some more list. Be sure to tell us what you did accomplish! I'll be cleaning and organizing my workroom and sewing some flannel baby blankets.

Its an open sewing weekend - anything goes! I have to force myself to make garments these days as I prefer quilting but its getting to crunch time - Ragnarok is in a month and we need garb.

I'll join in on Sunday and Monday (holiday). I need to bind some charity quilts.

I'm starting a Scrappy Bargello quilt today. I will grab a minute to sew whenever I can. I have strips already cut for my first two sections. I have family coming in Saturday for a graduation, so I probably won't get much done this weekend. Today it will be sew a little, clean a little.
