My Walmart only has precuts and I don't usually buy them BUT they had fat quarters on clearance for $1 each. I bought 10 of them for small projects.

I was lucky to get some 5" squares for $5 and matching jelly roll for $7...didn't think it was too bad to have them on hand.

Walmart here has all their pre cuts on sale. The charm packs for 100 5 inch squares for $7. I got the neutral packs and Christmas theme packs. Also the 10" layer cake packs are $7 too. I bought the floral and the plaid packs of those. I wonder if the pre cuts are not going to be reordered? This Walmart has fabric bolts and the fabric dept. The quilting cotton is $6 a yard.
