LQS usally are higher.

Walmart has $1 fat quarters, terrible quality but a few slips in every now and then that are pretty darn good. Keepsakes Quilting 100 fat quarters for $99. They are beautiful and top of the line quilt shop quality. Each one different, so the variety is excellent. I buy that bundle whenever it's available.
