The problem with warmer weather (I'm in Australia) is that the garden starts to take my time and patchworking gets neglected. My UFO collection has blown out to massive proportions and really needs attention (not an uncommon problem).
Once the cricket starts, I'll be right...until then it'll be dirt under the nails.

Hi from Texas! Here we are in a major drought, and heat wave, been 100+ degrees most days for the last 4 months...we are supposed to have a "cold front" coming thru, highs in the 80's predicted starting Monday...I surely hope it happens!! I am so ready for Autumn and Winter...I love cooler weather!!

I am looking for cooler weather. We've been having 100+ days and no rain in forever. Enjoy your warmer days and may your garden grow.

I wondered if you were writing from California. At least in this area, September and most of October are our warmest months.

Now that we know you garden, we're gonna want to see some pictures.

Haha - I know just how you feel. I just realised the lawn has seen better days - its been quite dry here for awhile but because of the cold wet winter I guess I just go used to not having to water the lawn..!

Our summer weather finally broke about two weeks ago; we've had some wonderful, dry weather since then. Now we're back to July weather - upper 80's and extremely humid! Yuck. Monday, however, it is supposed to be back in the low 70's, so I've just got to hold out until then.
