Betty Hutton was the Bette Midler of the 40's. Even as a child, I loved her energy, voice and beauty. Can't tell you how many times I saw "Annie Get you Gun" but the "Perils of Pauline" is a classic. Thank you for the rememberance of a great period.

I remember her and LOVED her! I always thought Lucille Ball got her inspiration from Betty Hutton.
