    I'm not sure. How are you going to quilt it? I am kinda leaning to the strip effect.

    I would make the stripes or strips laid out looking like a diamond...
    Then do a coffee cup pantograph in the center...
    Quilting swirls like steam rising from the cups...
    Oh well, just my 2 stitches...

    The coffee cup panto would look good with those colors. :-) Either way you lay it out it will be really cute.

    After seeing the second set of pics I'm less sure than I was at first. I lean toward the stripes. Black quilting would be dynomite!!! Either way, a lovely quilt. I would be proud to call it my own.
