I spend my share. I'm only buying to finish a project.

My math says $171.42 per person. 3600000000 divided by 21000000. That's the average per person so there are many million who spend above that and many million who spend below that. Hard to imagine spending below $200 a year! I spent that last week. :D

I spent more than that on my supplies to practice fmq and first quilt since 1990.(It will be the surf song in the twist and turn bargello book) And that's not counting the money that I spent on the singer 301, nor the bernina that is patiently waiting for me to finish the lay-a-way payments! I think that we should get a tax credit for our patriotic efforts to stimulate the economy!

I'll bet that doesn't even include what we spend with each other. And what about the hotel rooms and restaraunt meals, and gas for retreats and quilt shows. And rental for the places to have quilt shows and guild meetings And postage sending stuff back and forth. Makes me wonder why the economy is in troule. LOL.

mmmmmmmmm...... that is an impressive number. Wonder if that is 21m world wide.... or only US?

If the stat is only US......per the 2010 census, the US population is 308.4 m..... that makes us 6.8% strong.

I know I spend more than my share. ;-)
