I am working on a "Happy Snowman" quilt for a foster child with autism. I cut it out today and have made all the HST. It will be an easy, fun quilt to make on a dreary weekend.

How thoughtful of you. My heart goes out to those with autism.

I will be putting the binding on a Kaffee Fassett quilt to finish it tomorrow. And then starting my very first baby quilt.

Still working on the single irish chain from men's shirts. I've chain pieced one light/one dark and now I'm working on adding the third square to make one row of the nine patches. I picked up some half yards and fat quarters in the colors for Bonnie Hunter's Celtic Solstice today. I want to do a few squares to see if I want to make the quilt. They're tempting me but I'd like to finish the current project first.

I am going to be working on sorting out a very large box of scraps. And then try to re-organize some shelves.

Found a quilt pattern I loved 2-3 years ago. Finally bought the material last year. I plan to begin cutting this weekend. It's a complicated pattern. Lots of little pieces. I'm in no rush and I must to get a t-shirt quilt done by next Christmas. Hopefully I'll have it done by this time next year.
