it is a fun, easy fat quarter quilt which takes on a different look with the use of different fabrics. Not particularly the best pattern out there, but surely one of the easiest and quickest when in a time crunch.

This pattern was the first one recommended to my duaghter (11 at the time) to start quilting with. It is a quilt!!!!! This was a fun one to do too.
It was easy and fun to pick fat quarters - she got a variety of colors/designs. I kept in mind that it was a learning process and not to put my two cents in when she was choosing colors unless she asked. This took an entire day out with mom going from one quilt store to another. I then bought us a Happy fat quarter pack to make one for my bed. Still working on it. Hope to have it done for Mother's Day.

"to each his own" and when lovingly made, is just as precious as another. By the way, did you make that quilt that is in your avatar? It is beautiful.
