    I agree! I bought my 1st can from Connecting threads to try and loved it!!!! I then bought a case of the larger cans from I think it was sew for less on line. Total case price ($150) seems like a lot but that averages out to about $13.5 for big cans. Spray basting is nice sine it makes your quilt lighter since there is not the weight of pins.

    I've tried several brands, but now use only 505. I buy mine online here:

    Basting spray can change chemically over time, so I try to buy only enough at a time to last me for a year.

    I think 505 is the best on the market!!!!!!

    There are other sprays out there. However, I find 505 has less odor and when allowed to dry for a little bit does not gum up the needle.

    love 505 spray. Joann's sales on the web, but I have never seen it in their store.

    I love 505. It goes far and works great. Wouldn't use any other, now that I have used it.
