Attic window would be my choice. Too pretty to cut any smaller.

I think Attic Window will show off the birds nicely! You could title it "Out my Window".

They would be great in an attic window as a wall hanging.

I have seen blocks like these set alternately with plain colore or pieced blocks. It would make the quilt larger and hopefully not degract from those fantastic bird blocks. They could be sashed or not, depending on your choice. Add as many borders as you like. The sky is the limit.

They are great! I would use them as the center panel of a log cabin type quilt or lap rug. I really love the birds. I am sitting in my computer/sewing room listening to the Mocking Birds singing outside my window. They are in the Holly bushes just singing up a storm. I also have tons of Starlings and Grackles this time of year. In the spring I get Cedar Waxwings and Rosy Finches. Lots more of course. But those are my favorites. Yes, even the Starlings and Grackles. They are such clowns.
