Anna Quilts - you made some really interesting quilts. I especially like the one with Australian fabs. It's unique!

OK! I admit it. I am a fatquarteraholic. So far I have collected more than I have used. I have made totes, purses, table runners.

Cheaper by the Dozen pattern....easy rectangles and uses 12 different fat quarters plus two borders.

I'm taking a class on the 19th for a Autumn Braid quilt. I'm using 16 FQ in it.

I use them for applique, fill-ins for some of my scrappy projects, and small projects like purses and pin cushions.

Just about anything and everything I can think of... My most fave's are the Yellow brick road pattern for Fat quarters.

I'm also more biased in favor of yardage, but I've used FQs for making luggage tags (it's been awhile, but I think I got 2 out of each FQ) and I've just collected a bunch in my sewing room's new colors to make sampler wall hangings.

I'm very ashamed reading about the FQ's. My LQS puts them on sale quite often for $1.75 or $1.50 and I buy but have never cut into one. I would rather by yardage but don't like cutting into that either. I think I am becoming a fabric horder. I have alot of jeans and have many already cut in squares. After reading all your great ideas I'm going to get them out and make my son a jeans quilt for Christmas. I think he would love it.
