I made this one with 30 fat eighths so that would be 15 fat quarters
I didnt even use all of the fat eighth then I cut them down so it could make it bigger

My own playing and "pattern"(not really a pattern just sliced and diced fabric) been told it looks like a faux turning twenty

I love this pattern for kids and we use it a lot for Project Linus:http://neverenoughhours.blogspot.com...-tutorial.html
It uses just 6 fat quarters; I love kids prints and either buy fat quarters or make my own and make up kits for Project Linus. It is fast and easy and great for beginners to make!

Used fat quarters for several quilts made from nickle quilt pattern book. Also lots of them in sampler quilts.

Thanks alot. I found the pattern for the D9P I have it printed now to find time to make it. I have some blocks I might be able to take apart and do this with. Will have to check it out and see. Thanks again

I read the answers to your question, and didn't find my use for them. I use 3 of them to make little pillowcase dresses to send with Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes. They are so cute, will send pics when i return from the trip I am on visiting my new great grandson. love the pics I have seen on this board.
