I love your quilt. As for the scraps since they are so beautifully coordinated... sew/cut the leftover strip set into a block size that makes the best use of your scraps... Then sew the blocks together, it will be beautiful, since all those scraps are coordinated. If you feel the need add some additional white fabric.

Just put them together and donate to a charity. They would never refuse a quilt and someone will love it.
