How to Bind Table runners with 45º angle.

I have been making table runners and love the ones which have the 45ºangles on each side and end up with points on each end. Binding the square corners is easy but the angles are the ones that I just figure out an easy to do. Can anyone give me some pointers? I would appreciate any help or suggestions.

Just finished watching the video and it was a great help. Thanks for helping me. I read on this blog a lot and get some great ideas so it seemed natural to come here and post my problem. Thanks again for sharing.
