Default What machine does this fit?

Went and did a bit of junkin' today, and found a box of attachments with this one oddball foot...looks like a quarter inch foot maybe? All of my attachments lack the rounded slot that this one has....I'm guessing that it's not Singer or Brother...but have no idea what it would be...

Looks like a high shank and specialized, so maybe for an industrial application?

Well, that looks like an industrial needle, too.

Looks like your foot might be some kind of compensating foot - here's one similar:

Really close Poly! This one is stamped with a number 215 instead of 218....

Looks like the compensating foot like my Juki TL 98QE has.

Or does it go on a Sailrite machine? It looks very similar to Sailrite feet.

I'll check it out with the industrial Brother that I was given...just as soon as I get time to go out to the storage unit it's in! LOL I'm pretty sure the needles will fit the Brother...but then again, I've been wrong before!
