Oh my, this is exciting. I came home to find a BIG box that said Baby Lock .... But it had been opened and re-taped. Minutes later I was in tears admiring my gift. I am still shocked! Once I get over my fear of touching it and I calm down a bit I will sew something :). I think I need a long Nathan with those tea and cookies and the manual!!!!!

The reason it was re-taped was that Mom tried it out first and sewed, "Happy Birthday Dawn," on a Piece of fabric.

The only think I can compare this to was when I was 16 and mom surprised me with a car. This is the best gift ever. Thank you, Mom. And now I must go since my second box has arrived and it is too small to be a vacuum :)

Here is the machine, I just can't take the time to hunt down the camera right now

Woot woot!! That's awesome! What a great mom - not only was she listening to you, she checked out the machine and sent it to you.

Happy birthday & thanks for letting us all share in the fun!
