I love the Legacy Premium Muslins as well. I use them for my quilt backs, and I've used it for the basis for an embroidered whole-cloth quilt, with deep red borders (my first experience with "bleeding fabrics") and I found a product which worked, and which I continue to use today. There's just no substitute for a good quality muslin. But, be aware that any muslin can (and will) shrink. I always prewash it, but since I have asthma, I prewash everything.

The Legacy Premium muslin that I bought for curtains shrank about 2 inches in length per yard.

So I was glad that I shrank this fabric before I sewed it up.

Muslin is generally a more cheaply made cloth. It's often used to make an inexpensive fitting garment before making the garment out of the more expensive fabric being use for the finished garment.

I thought someone once said that muslin means something entirely different in British English, but I can't remember what it was.
