I used to use organdy to make jumpers or pinefores for my daughters when they were very young. Really dressed up their outfits, but they did wrinkle a lot. It used to be very inexpensive.

Organdy is a favorite choice for dressing antique or collectible dolls... Many old aprons were made of organdy and collectors buy them when they can find them to use for dressing their dolls..

I have some that I'm hoarding....
