It's kind of like Orange Peel, but with a 4 patch at the corners, and the "segment" of the Orange is small compared to the usual shape/size. This link will take you to a view of the typical Orange Peel block.

This site calls the block used 'Rain Drop' and Rose Dream and you can download an image of the block to cut out your own pattern. I know I have this quilt pattern somewhere in my pc, but it will take hours to find it, as I don't know what it is called. Every maker gives their quilt a different name, it gets confusing.

I'm not sure what it's called, although I have seen it before when I took a quilting class when I first started quilting, as I think it was part of a sampler quilt we made. Try Quilters cache, you could probably find it there. Hope this helps.
