Default What pattern is this?

A friend sent me this picture and asked if I could make something like this. But I don't know what pattern it is.
I would appreciate help from anyone that might be familiar with it. Thanks in advance!

Sorry, I've never seen anything like it before, other than it looks somewhat similar to some of George Sicliano's patterns. But his patterns are super-miniatures and have tiny pieces.
Can your friend give you more info about *where* she/he saw it? I see a watermark but it doesn't give me a direction to look in.

She saw it on a quilting show on PBS.
She thinks it might be Quilting Art but she isn't sure.
It came on after the program she was watching and she paused it to take the picture.

I could be wrong but it looks like the center triangles may be painted? Show here the Dream Big panel in similar colours to see if that would work for the centre even though it’s a flower rather then triangles.

I hadn't ever seen this pattern before but it looks like Peggi found it. I knew everyone on this board are great people and wonderful detective.

It’s called the Artichoke, it’s a paper piecing pattern.
