Thank you. My MIL was a wonderful woman and I miss her very much. This just goes to show that quilting is something that has real meaning and is a great way to bond the generations.

One of my UFP that I am working on, I made this several years ago from charm packs, it is a four patch with sashing. I am now hand quilting it...LOL maybe several more years before it is finished.

I am working on a quilt for my granddaughter's birthday in 2 weeks. I won't get it quilted because the machine is in the shop. After finishing that I have to do her brother's--Storm at Sea-- for his b-day in February. I also have the BOM from one of our LQS and she is doing a 9 patch exchange. The are 3" finished blocks. Each month we take in 15 blocks and pick up 15 from the previous month that others made. At the end of the year we will have enough 9 patches to make the quilt. When the birthdays are over, I have my BOM stars from last year, some blocks I won and more charity quilts (a worm pattern).

I am working on a baby quilt, because I am just starting to free motion. I will post pictures when I am done.

Dora your quilt is really pretty, I especially like the quilting design that you are using...it looks celtic. I have been looking for something like that for a charm square top that I did.
