Just saw this mini suction cut gripper that can help stabilize specialty rulers on another thread today. I've lost the thread finding you again, but it cost $3 at a hardware store and says it will "pull" up to 16 pounds! And has quick release. Sounds like a great ruler "handle".

How about a couple of classes at your local quilt store instead of a gadget made somewhere else? How about a
gift certificate to your local quilt store? How about a cleaning lady coming in to clean your house, which includes
your sewing room? How about hiring a professional organizer for a day to come in and help straighten out your
sewing room? How about a gift certificate to your local movie theater? A gift certificate to your local hair salon?
Nail salon? It keeps the money local and helps support local businesses and families.

I want a tabletop stand for a mini quilt (that I haven't made yet!).

I got my my birthday and christmas present for the next two years! LOL, back in early summer I got the Grace Pinnacle frame and JUKI mid-arm.

Think I better not ask for too much more.

What is on your list?
It wasn't before, but now this is on my list! I didn't even know it existed! What a great idea and the price is so good, that my DS is getting one for Christmas.

I too am now asking for the wall mounted ruler shelf. I like the fact that it's hand made not MADE IN CHINA and it seems to be reasonably priced. Before seeing it posted here, I thought I wanted nothing.

I already got my birthday, Christmas, anniversary for a couple years....LOL....he bought me a Janome 6600! Now if he gets to feeling extremely generous and wants to surprise me, then he can get me some shelving for the sewing room....the kind with nice deep shelves and glass doors.
