All of the above, except the kit quilter. I love doing all of the different types of quilts. Love the history, the modern, the art, the whimsy...you name it, I've probably done it.

I guess I am 1,2,9, and 10. Perhaps #11, I am not sure what I am doing type. Thats when the ripping starts, and the do overs. Do I have fun, you bet I do. Quilting (no matter the number) best medicine I have found.

In the last few years I'be become a liberated quilter, free to explore new ideas and new ways of piecing quilt tops. I felt such a burden (self-imposed) lift from me that I approach patterns and fabrics with a positive and different attitude. I still prefer to hand quilt my tops, finding it soothing and relaxing.

I'm not sure that I fit into any of the categories, I piece and quilt by machine. I see a block I like, plan the quilt on graph paper before I decide to cut-change my mind multiple time before I even think to begin. I guess I could say I'm a machine sewer, traditional block quilter.

I don't know what some of them are but I guess I would consider myself traditional. (you forgot to mention 'forever quilting on same project' syndrome.)

I think I'm a modern traditional machine quilter. I like traditional blocks but love some of the bright modern fabrics and favor Asian designs.
