Default Photo Quilt

I have been asked to make a photo quilt. I need to know what kind of printer do I use? How do I keep the photo from bleeding once it is on the fabric? And if there is anyone that has made one of these, how much do you charge? Thanks!

Using the search feature you will find LOTS of useful information on fabric photo printing. Be sure you keep us updated on our project!

I've made a couple photo quilts. I use the fabric sheets made for use with an inkjet printer. Just follow the directions. The fabric sheets are not cheap. There is a product that you can use to make your own fabric sheets - but I haven't done that yet (Nancy's Notions has a product). I would definitely not make a photo quilt for one that you expect to have to launder a lot. They do fade with washings. As far as charging - I've only done for family, so I can't help you there. Good luck!

On you tube, the Cowboy Quilter ( whew!) actually has a tutorial on this. I've watched it, but don't have a link. Should be easy to find. Oh, did I mention that he is a Cowboy Quilter....
