Other than my 2 cats, I have an afghan that my grandmother made.

I have a king size Hawaiian quilt on my bed that I made 27 years ago and it has been on our bed since then. My husband loves it and won't let me change ti. At the mountain cabin, I have a queen size quilt that friends made me when I was ill. It s all kinds of baskets with a large floral print for the inside of the baskets and the borders. Really a lovely quilt. All our beds have hand made quilts on them. One even has a quilt that my grandmother made in the 30's. Jan

I have a comforter that I put on my bed when it turns cold, also I have a bed doll in the middle of it, when I do make my quilt it will be exchanged for the comforter!

A cotton blanket...it's too darn hot here to have a real, honest-to-goodness quilt on the bed. Seems kinda dumb to be making quilts here when the temp seldom goes below 80. But I sure like makin' them!

For me I have quilts on my bed - none that I made. I found that when I want to do a large project - I like to join a Block of the Month. Then I have to finish each block before the next class. Check out the terrific BOM on this site.

I'm working on it now, a bed runner. We have a king sized mattress and that's just too big and bulky for me to attempt a quilt of that size. When we were in Ha, it seemed to be popular and seems to be popular in mags as well, to use bed runners. I'm going to have a plain gray woven bedspread too
I have an applique quilt that my husband's grandmother made on dispay on the wall behind the headboard
