While doing a complete overhaul of my sewing room I've discovered that I'm a complete Moda junkie!!! LOL
I have all that you mentioned but the most I have is Charm packs and FQ's.
I loooove Moda!! Just did my first jelly roll quilt and I'm loving it! Not finished but the jelly roll was so nice to work with :)
Also still not finished with my sewing room but it's getting there!!

Layer cakes, charm packs, then fat quarters. There is so much you can do with layer cakes and charm packs but it is nice when I can afford it to have the fat quarters. I struggle with the jelly rolls in finding patterns I like that use only that size strip. I know you always add to any of the precuts but personally have had better luck with variety of patterns with the layer cakes or charm packs.

I buy more layer cakes then any of the precuts. After buying my first layer cake package I was hooked.

I feel the same way - that's not to say I don't have a ton of FQ in my stash. But I just can't get my CC out of my wallet when I see what it costs to have someone cut my fabric for me - although the assortment you can get is just fabulous...
