I looked for a magazine for years and it finally showed up in a dresser. Apparently it had fell behind the drawer into the frame system of the dresser. Don't give up. Did you look under the sofa cushions? Good luck.

I do this all the time, I tell everyone it is chemo brain. And many times it is, but not all the time. Sh!! don't tell hubby it a secret. :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: Who am I kidding he does the same thing. ;)

Stop looking - you will find it when you sit down for a coffee and it is under the woman's magazine next to the chair, or in the safe spot behind the computer...

It's kind of like when you say "I never get sick" and you are flat on your back the next day. The universe likes to remind us sometimes we are not in total control.
