Check with Current. They used to sell them to cover recipe cards, so they'll probably have at least one or two of the sizes you need.

You may also be able to find recipe card holders of various sizes to match this in houseware stores.

Everywhere, they even sell them at the dollar store. The best price I have ever found was from sellers of office supplies on eBay. They have no overhead store fees and can sell much cheaper. All office supply places carry them. WalMart sells them too.
