I like both but preference is cream as it seems to be in the same undertones as the fabric.

Cream. The white is too intense for the soft colors in the block, IMO.

The cream looks best to me b the white seems to stark with your other colors

There seems to be some difference in how the picture shows up the white and cream. But as they stand, I surely vote for the cream. For some reason, I do not like white in a quilt; any quilt.
