Where is a good place to get some white on white tone on tone fabric.
A lot of this fabric I have seen is too thin.
Do you have any place you would recommend for a good quality?
Thanks.

Yup, try a local quilt shop. If that is not available to you, try Keepsake Quilting or Common Threads online. If you would like to contact my favorite quilt shop try, Common Threads in Waxahachie, TX. They are on facebook or you can google them.

For whatever reason I have found all the White on whites to be thin no matter where I get them  Even from the Quilt store

About six or seven years ago I saw beautiful white batik fabric and could kick myself for not buying the whole bolt. I have never seen that fabric again. It was in a quilt store in Alabama, I think near Fairhope.

I agree with BellaBoo, batiks are a heavier fabric to begin with, so it makes the best WOW or tone on tone :D:D:D

I think the others may be thinner because of the "stamping" of the white on top of the white. I wonder if it would feel stiffer if the fabric was heavier? Just a thought...

Makower UK makes some nice white-on-whites.
If I'm not mistaken, Moda w-o-w are also nicer than most.
i saw some made by P&B Textiles last week at the houston show that i wish i'd purchased. now i have to hunt for them.

shop carefully because prices for them will vary widely.

Mary Jo's, in Gastonia, North Carolina, carries the Makower for under $7 per yard.

I think I saw the P&B collection over at the Virginia Quilter. Just search for white on white.
