    Very interesting..my Dr. would agree..except he did say to get up and move 10 minutes..for every hour I quilted..move that ironing board across the room and STOP cutting 8 layers of fabric at a time.. do not cut 3 quilts out in 1 day..lol..because physically I'm killing my neck and hands !!!

    I knew there was a reason why I quilt. I find great therapy in buying new fabric. Problem there is, can I live long enough to use it up? Well then, if quilting is good for the health, then I will live longer.
