There are lots of bias edges you're working with there - are you starching? I find that helps keep me from stretching things out ... and when you're pressing, are you just pressing and lifting your iron, not moving the iron? That stretches the pieces too.

First I think you should spray starch your fabric a couple times before you cut it out to help stablize it. Then you need to be really careful not to stretch your diagonal fabric when you sew those seams. Try placing them on the bottom when you sew so the feed dogs will work with you.
