Could you send me PS the story of the galloping horse. I heard it once from my quilter, but I can't remember it correctly. Thanks very much. Edie

I would never have noticed if you did not say something.

Thanks for all the kind words, and like you said no one will really notice which was good because it was totally completed when I found it.

I think it looks great. Why is it that we point out our mistakes? If you don't tell, no one will notice.

I look and look at my pieces and cannot see the mistakes until I POST the picture here!

I was told that if you can't see the mistake from a gallopping horse, don't wory about it! Works for me!

I always say "MY QUILT - MY RULES!!!! Sort of says it all, doesn't it. We weren't meant to be perfect, else Adam wouldn't have eaten the apple that Eve handed him (a horse a piece, I say, so if that is all we have to pay for a bite out of an apple, it's ok with me! BEsides which, it probably wasn't an apple, it was a fig!!!!!!!!! Go fig-ure!!!!!

Don't worry about a mistake. I made one in the QFK and felt so bad and then I r ealized a child just sees the quilt and is not interested in perfection. I just missed it completely. Edie

http://www.primitivepiecesbylynda.com/intro.html

I used to get caught up in my mistakes and it took the fun out of making quilts. When I discovered this pattern line from Lynda Hall, I took her advice to have fun with quilting and not to worry if my quilts were not perfect, people will think I planned it that way.

Your quilt is perfect to me!!
