I'm going to a garage sale today. It's in the paper saying that it's only for today and that they have a Slant-O-Matic for sale. The garage sale is about a 30 - 40 minute drive from my town. I drool over these machines every time that I see a posting of one on the board. Wish me luck that it's in working order with lots of accessories, and for a good price! Will let you know if I got it when I get back.

What's a Slant-O-Matic? May need to covet one.

Well...didn't have any luck. The machine was there, but it was the 401 model and I want the 500a. It had the original manual and some feet, but the lady who owned it couldn't tell me much about it. It was only $50 and was in a cabinet, but it just wasn't the one that I'm in love with...so, I will keep saving my pennies until I find that 500a.
