    our house is a new modular and we had 2 choices without having to pay extra. Carpet or vinyl tile. I chose the vinyl tile. I have carpet in my old sewing room and lost a lot of pins in it. Plus, with carpet, it seems like my pins always land pointy side up.

    eta: this is my floor. I'm wild about checkerboard floors so I'm so thrilled with this.
