Wool pressing mat
#11
I recently bought one and love it. It makes ironing so much easier. It does get hot on both sides so you want to make sure what you are pressing on is protected from the heat. I usually place a travel ironing mat under it if using on a counter top or I place on top of my ironing board. If you use steam it does have a smell to it but I usually use without steam.

These were the big buzz at a recent quilting retreat. Many of the ladies were thinking of purchasing a long roll to cover their ironing stations... or cutting it up to share.
